From Iraq

Hello everyone its been two months here in Iraq, its kinda gone by fast. We are currently pulling 48hr shifts, it sounds long, but it really isn't. I have have flown a couple of missions here but nothing to serious. Some days it seems that it will never end but then there are days that just fly by. There is a weird silence that fills the room when we get a mission then its filled with the sound of people in a controlled chaos running to grab all your equipment medics running to grab the dispatch to see how many patient we have and how bad are they hurt. I tell you what there is nothing like flying at 140 knots, rushing to get there so you can grab the patient and get them to the CSH (combat support hospital). Its the greatest feeling in the world.
