Emily is 3!

Hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week. Time is going by too fast since Bob has been home but it is never fast when he is deployed.

I have been appointed the chair person at work for our social committee. We have been busy with fundraising and adding the final touches to the plans of our Holiday Social.

Loren had a great time being part of the annual PunkinChunkin championship Nov 4-6 in DE. It will be airing on Thanksgiving day 8EST on Thanksgiving night on the Science Channel www.punkinchunkin.com . She was able to be right up front when her team she was launching the punkins. It was cold but she had a great time. She even got to meet the guys from Myth Busters.

Emily was so excited to receive birthday gifts all week during her birthday week. My dad came in for the long weekend and brought her this cat that looks and sounds so real. Recon didn't care for it too much :-)

Emily is scheduled to have ear surgery again on Nov 22. I had to take her in several times for her ear infections and the ENT Dr. needs to clean up scar tissue, insert new tubes, and remove her adenoids. She will be home for a week but should recover rather quickly.
